No fees or penalties apply for cancellations made prior to pickup.
Once your laundry has been picked up by our driver, the order is considered in progress, and cancellations or refunds are no longer available.

Because wash-and-fold laundry is a service-based, perishable, and customized process, all completed orders are non-refundable.
After pickup, we do not issue refunds, credits, or reimbursements for any reason, including dissatisfaction with outcomes such as folding style, fragrance preferences, or general appearance of washed items.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Damage and Loss Disclaimer:
We take extensive care in handling every customer’s laundry, including using appropriate wash settings, detergents, and separation procedures.
However, by using our service, you acknowledge and accept that all laundry items are cleaned at your own risk.This includes, but is not limited to:
Shrinkage, color bleeding, fading, or stretching
Wear-and-tear of delicate fabrics
Damage to clothing with pre-existing weaknesses
Missing buttons, loose stitching, or structural deterioration
Items left in pockets that may cause damage
Any loss or damage caused by manufacturer defects or age of garments
While we strive to prevent issues, we are not liable for any damage, loss, or deterioration of clothing, fabrics, or personal items.
No compensation, reimbursement, replacement, or return of funds will be provided for damaged or lost items.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All items sent for cleaning are suitable for standard wash, dry, and fold processes.
You have emptied all pockets and removed any fragile, valuable, or non-washable items.
You accept full responsibility for the condition of your garments and any risks associated with laundering them.If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.Shipping returnsYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
