2. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling:

2.1 Scheduling

All pick-up appointments must be booked through our website or communication channels provided.
Pickup times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.

2.2 Cancellations

You may cancel your pickup at any time before our driver arrives at your location.
Cancellations made after the driver has arrived or after items have been collected cannot be refunded or reversed.

2.3 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your pickup at any time before actual pickup with no penalty.
After pickup, rescheduling is not available.

3. Service Limitations & Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Bag Limits

Laundry must be placed in secure bags (e.g., standard kitchen trash bags) not exceeding 15 lbs per standard bag or 30 lbs per large bag. Overfilled or damaged bags may not be accepted or subject to an extra charge.

3.2 Item Suitability

By submitting laundry to us, you confirm that:

• Items are suitable for standard wash-and-fold processes.

• You have checked all pockets for items such as pens, lighters, money, electronics, or sharp objects.

• No “dry clean only” or special-care garments are included unless explicitly stated and agreed.

4. Damage, Loss & Risk Acceptance

4.1 General Disclaimer

We handle every order with care; however, by using our service, you acknowledge and agree that all items are cleaned at your own risk.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Shrinking, stretching, or wear related to age or fabric type

• Color fading or bleeding

• Damage from items left inside pockets

• Weak seams, loose buttons, tears, or fabric deterioration

• Manufacturer defects

• Preexisting stains or damage that worsen during cleaning

• Loss due to typical laundering processes

4.2 Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Bright Washateria is not liable for any damage, loss, or deterioration of garments.

• No refunds, replacements, reimbursements, or compensation will be provided.

By using our services, you accept all risks associated with laundering your items.

5. Pickup & Delivery

We will deliver items to the address provided during scheduling.

You are responsible for:

• Providing a safe and accessible pickup/delivery location

• Being available at your scheduled time (unless you have designated an alternative drop-off arrangement)

We are not responsible for:

• Theft, weather damage, or tampering after delivery has been completed

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Delivery is considered complete once items are dropped off at the designated location.

6. Payments & Refunds

6.1 Payments

All service fees must be paid using the payment methods available on our website.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Refund Policy

Because our wash-and-fold service is performed immediately and tailored to each order:

• All completed or in-progress orders are non-refundable.

• No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction with folding style, scent, texture, or other subjective preferences.
