We offer two convenient options:

• Standard Bag (25 lb max capacity) – Perfect for everyday clothing, underwear, socks, towels, and mixed personal laundry.

• Extended Bag (35 lb max capacity) – Ideal for bedding liners, pillowcases, light blankets, and larger mixed loads.

How do I schedule a pickup?

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Delivery is 100% free—both pickup and drop-off are included in the bag fee. There are no service fees or fuel charges added to your order.

Do you use eco-friendly detergents?

We can use gentle, eco-friendly products safe for your clothes and the environment at an extra charge. If you want this option, add the hypoallergenic detergent product to cart by clicking HERE.

How long does cleaning take?

Our pick-up booking window is between 8 AM - 10 AM. Typically, your laundry will be ready and delivered within the next-day.

Can I request special care for delicate items?

Absolutely, just let us know when scheduling, and we’ll handle your delicate items with extra care.

No problem. You may leave your bag at your door or in a designated spot. With your permission only we’ll return your clean laundry neatly packaged, even if you’re out.

Yes. We follow strict hygiene and handling procedures from pickup to delivery to keep your items secure and protected.

Can I bag large add-on items like comforters and heavy-duty blankets?

Yes. We accept larger items such as comforters, blankets, duvets, and similar bedding. These pieces are priced separately due to their size and wash requirements. Please click HERE for pricing details before drop-off or scheduling a pickup, you can add them to cart with your booking.

Are there items you DON'T accept?

Yes. For safety, sanitation, and equipment protection, we cannot accept certain items or materials. Please review the list below before scheduling your pickup
